Warranty specifics:
1.In the term of warranty,we are responsible for repair or replacing the broken components if there are something wrong with the wind generator or components(The broken ones we should retrieve).When customers make request of repairing or replacing the broken components,should send us the detailed photoes about the broken details
2.If there are extensive problems with the products customer ordered in two years of warranty term,our company can patch personnels to do repairing(customer arranges the room and board).

Absolute wind generator and components:Carton Dimension,with PE foam in it(no Recycling).
The whole system:We can made wooden crate(no Recycling)by the size of system customer ordered, and with PE foam in it.When the order content is completerd,we provide specific packaging materials and sizes to customers.
